Blenheim Palace

I had a great visit to Blenheim Palace this weekend. Built between 1705 and 1722, the only non-royal country house in England to hold the title of palace was the home of Winston Churchill. Located in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, it’s now the principal residences of the dukes of Marlborough. Very recently the Blenheim Art Foundation was created and the first ever exhibition (currently on) is Ai Weiwei, the prolific and social activist artist from Beijing. The grounds of the palace are beautiful, the house is stunning and I now have a new appreciation for Ai Weiwei’s work!
